This is my first book by Amy Thorn so I didnβt really know what to expect. Itβs a m/m mc book so I snatched it up. Two of my favorite genres , of course I wanted to read it.
What I found was a well written exciting book. The characters Lockpick and Malice are caring and loveable. Tragic in the past separated them and now danger brings them back together.
This is definitely an exciting read. I didnβt realize that it was the second in a series and even though I donβt feel like I missed anything I still want to go back and read the first. I really enjoyed it and will be checking out more from this author.
